There's no shortage of gaming conventions throughout the year, but the Electronic Entertainment Expo is still the show where you're likely to see the biggest reveals and newest demos. That's why we've compiled a handy list of all the games we're expecting to see, which we will be updating as more announcements are made.[Excerpt]
Below you will find the full (so far) list of all the games that have been either confirmed to appear at the show, or we strongly suspect will make an appearance when E3 kicks off in 10 days.
Kyle Hilliard, Matt Bertz, and interns Blake Hester, Haley MacLean, and AJ Moser all contributed to this article.

Dishonored 2
One of our most-anticipated games, Dishonored 2 will likely be a large part of Bethesda's press conference this year. We’ll hopefully get to see some gameplay this year, as well as go hands-on with dual-protagonist's Corvo Attano and Emily Kaldwin’s different powers.

Farming Simulator 17
Final Fantasy XV
It’s been a long, sometimes bumpy road getting Final Fantasy XV to its upcoming release in September. This should be the last E3 the game is present for during its decade-long development cycle. There’s still a lot to learn about Noctis and crew’s journey and hopefully what we’re shown during E3 will tide us over for a few more months.
Final Station, The
Gears of War 4
We learned a lot about this game’s setting and plot earlier this year with our cover story, but we’re hoping to see more gameplay and some multiplayer reveals at E3. This game will likely be the Xbox One’s flagship title for the holiday season, so expect a big push for Gears of War 4 from Microsoft.
For E3's classic RPG and a surprise RTS, head to page four.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands
Ubisoft has a history of showing amazing, but slightly dubious trailers at past E3s and we can probably expect a similar showing for the upcoming Ghost Recon game. But a real treat would be to go hands-on and see if this game pulls off its lofty open-world strategic goals.
Guild 3, The
Halo Wars 2
A much-requested sequel to the Halo strategy game was confirmed last year, and we will likely learn more about Halo Wars 2 at E3 this year, which is coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 platforms.

Last Guardian, The
Third time’s the charm for an E3 announcement of The Last Guardian. It was first announced at E3 2009 for a 2011 release that met delays, only to be reintroduced at E3 2015 with a release planned for this year exclusively on PlayStation 4. The Last Guardian follows the relationship between a young boy and his dog-cat-bird hybrid, Trico, through puzzle-based action and is expected to share similarities with creator Fumito Ueda’s previous games, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
Lawbreakers
The first game from Cliff Bleszinski’s Boss Key Productions has a quite a pedigree behind it. It will be interesting to see how the game stacks up to similar online shooters like Battleborn and Overwatch.
Legend of Zelda Wii U, The
This is the only game Nintendo is bringing to E3 this year, and will be hosting livestreams for the entire week showing off the highly-anticipated title. We still know very liuttle about the game, including its official subtitle. This year fans are expecting to finally learn some of the big details about Link’s next adventure coming to the Wii U and NX sometime in 2017.
Legend of Heroes: Cold Steel II
Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens
The fifth entry in the Star Wars Lego series will focus on the latest film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Always wacky and full of humor, the Lego games seek to stick to the plot of the films they mimic, but add their own Lego flair.

Mafia III
Developer Hangar 13 is taking a few risks with its first game, both tackling a rough time in American history – the 1960s – and taking over development of a franchise that once belonged to a different studio. Mafia III looks great and there will hopefully be some hands-on time with the game this year at E3, though we’d also settle for a little more information on the game’s intriguing looking story.
Mandate, The
Milestone S.R.L. & Valentino Rossi The Game
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord
Nier: Autonoma
Platinum Games is working on a sequel to the Drakengard spin-off, Nier, with Square Enix. The PlayStation 4 exclusive looks like it features the unique role-playing aspects of the original Nier combined with Platinum’s trademark fast action. We hope we get to chance to play it this year.
For the Hello Games' massive universe and the game that might hold you over until the next From Software game, head to page seven.

The Persona series has garnered a rabid fanbase that has been waiting a long time for this game’s release date. The trailers for Persona 5 look fantastic, showing off everything we’ve come to love about this series as well as some interesting new mechanics.
Police Tactics: Imperio
ReCore
We don’t know too much about ReCore right now, aside from it being developed by a team comprised of team members who worked on Metroid Prime and Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune also being involved. We’ll hopefully get to see some gameplay at E3, or at least learn more about the girl and her robotic dog we saw in its reveal trailer shown last year at Microsoft’s press conference.

Scalebound
The latest from Hideki Kamiya won’t be out until sometime next year, and we’ve still seen relatively little of this Xbox One exclusive in action. The most recent gameplay demo left some fans unimpressed at Gamescom 2015. Many aspects of this game, including its open world, have yet to be fleshed out, so we're hoping to learn more during Microsoft’s presentation this year.

Developed by Playtonic Games as a spiritual successor to Banjo Kazooie, Yooka-Laylee is an exploratory 3D-platformer with a cooperative duo of a chameleon and a bat as they collect golden book pages called ‘Pagies’. Former staff from Rare Kickstarted it last May where it acquired $1 million in just 21 hours. We hope we get a chance to play it and see how the platforming feels compared to its inspiration.
